Ok so i just changed it to sky form shaymin and it boosted the cp, and i was able to change it right back to land form shaymin, and it went back down to the original cp. It's fast, hits really hard with potential to nerf checks and counters so hard that they aren't reliable, and has an excellent support movepool.
